RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY
We understand that selecting the perfect lighting is an investment. Should you wish to return an item, please review our return guidelines to ensure eligibility:
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and packing materials intact.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be approved by our team before shipping back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any original shipping expenses covered by House of Medici.
Items NOT eligible for return:
Used, installed, or assembled items
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Items returned without prior approval
Items marked as "non-returnable" in the product description
Incorrect shipping address provided
Did not pick up in time
No safe delivery location
Uncleared customs
To begin a return, email clients@houseofmedici.store with:
Your order number
The reason for your return
A photo of the unopened item for verification
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at clients@houseofmedici.store.
Orders cancelled within 48 hours before shipping are eligible for a full refund.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.
Custom-made and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Each House of Medici piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure flawless quality.
However, in the rare event of damage or defect:
Contact support@houseofmedici.com within 5 business days of delivery
Provide photos of the damage and retain all original packaging
We will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
