WARRANTY COVERAGE
Duration: All MEDICI lighting products come with a 2-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
Scope: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Process: If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team at clients@medici.store within 30 days of noticing the issue.
Requirements: Provide proof of purchase, a detailed description of the defect, and any supporting photographs.
RESOLUTION
Options: Upon verification of the defect, MEDICI will, at its discretion, either repair the product, replace it with an identical or comparable item, or offer a refund of the purchase price
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from: accidents, misuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or neglect.
Normal wear and tear: including minor scratches, color variations, or aging of materials over time.
Incidental or consequential damages: such as loss of use, inconvenience, or loss of time.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Shipping Costs: Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning defective items.
International Warranty Claims: For products purchased outside of the United States, warranty claims may be subject to additional fees and longer processing times.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
